We are a dedicated team of Early Years Practitioners, who between us have a wealth of experience in Early Years Childcare and Education. We each attend regular and relevant professional training, in order to up-date and enhance our existing knowledge and skills.

We work within the statutory framework of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and help children progress towards the ELG’s (Early Learning Goals) which most children are expected to achieve by the end of their Reception Year.

Image, name, role and qualification are displayed to aid our children and families to identify members of staff, especially Key Workers and those in leadership. For this reason staff image, name, role and qualification is used within the legal remit of ‘Public Interest’. Once a staff member leaves Crossbow Pre-School their image, name, role and qualification will be removed from public viewing at the earliest opportunity.
